Unlike the QSR category, where the top 5 players control &gt;85% of market share, the biryani category doesn't have a leader with a significant market share. To do so, you need to get two basics right. One, choice of biryanis to be relevant to consumers across India, and a scalable, low-capex business model (de-skilled, consistency-driven) to become a large national brand.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><br />Today, we are the largest handi biryani brand in South India and operate 26 Cloud kitchens, 2 Central Kitchens, 2 warehouses, and have delivered authentic piping hot sumptuous biryanis to &gt;2Mn+ customers across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.</p>
